Always in search of product excellence and with strong ambitions in the food service segment, we first launched one line of premium fruit ingredients for the Chefs in 2017. More recently we launched one line of fruits ingredients for Barmen, with the same uncompromising standards of quality.
To initiate and to animate the sales development of both lines in the United Kingdom, we are seeking a:
Business Development Executive – Ingredients
Main tasks and responsibilities:
This person will be administratively part of the ANDROS UK team in London, but for this new activity She/He will directly report to our group director of professional ingredients in France.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the market and analyze the opportunities, the players, the trends
- Represent Andros’ values and expertise
- Visit potential users to create awareness, interest and demand for the ingredients; to identify the best performing distributors
- Prospect distributors, to implement the multi-profiles distribution network needed for the future growth; support and challenge them to optimize their performance
- Prospect (cold-calls or pre-set meetings) bars, restaurants, hotels, catering companies and some key account customers to accelerate sales growth
- Co-organize or participate in food service or public relations events
Candidate Profile
This role requires a professional with a strong commercial and entrepreneur spirit, who is performance-oriented, determined to do the hard field sales work which is needed to develop a new business.
You have a genuine interest in food, beverages and hospitality. You are graduated from a higher education program in business or in hospitality. You are highly motivated by a field sales job and already have a field sales experience in beverage or in food products.
You will speak English fluently, and optionally another European language.
