Andros is a family-owned company based in south west France, a global leader in fruit transformation and chilled dairy products manufacturing. In the UK, it is best known for Bonne Maman, a simple, high quality, wholly natural product now leading the conserve market and rapidly gaining share in chilled desserts and yoghurt.

We are looking for a Process Operative to join our friendly team of 5. This is a 3 week rotational shift pattern:

  • 6am-2pm
  • 2pm-10pm
  • 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities

  • Following recipe batch sheets to ensure all stages of production is made to correct company specification
  • Carrying out the weighing and mixing of batches which includes the lifting of 25 kilo bags and containers
  • Run different Process equipment, using GSI.
  • Carry out CIP’s by selecting the appropriate route and monitoring the cleans
  • Ensure the correct products are supplied to the filling machined by way of computerised control system
  • Carry out quality testing to ensure that the product is in the specifications
  • Monthly stock takes to ascertain stock levels, to monitor stock control, stock ordering and rotation


  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • A good degree of manual strength and physical fitness
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and complete documentation
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with existing procedures
  • Comply with quality standards, whilst showing an ability to understand and recognise where improvements are required
  • Fork-lift & PTT hand truck licenses are desirable, however in house training will be given
