Process Technician

Andros is a family-owned company based in south west France, a global leader in fruit transformation and chilled dairy products manufacturing. In the UK, it is best known for Bonne Maman, a simple, high quality, wholly natural product now leading the conserve market and rapidly gaining share in chilled desserts and yoghurt.

The products are either imported or produced in the dedicated chilled dessert facility in the South West of England. There is an ambitious investment plan for the coming years.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Process Technician to join our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Manage the wastage project and coordinate the action plan.

· You co-ordinate trials and introductions of new products working with the NPD team.

· The settings and parameters will be put in place for the productions.

· Co-ordinate commissioning and introduction of new equipment

· Train the operators in case of new equipments, new recipe or new procedure

· Increasing the skills of operators, modifying the work methods, put in place new tools

Candidate Profile

· Degree educated or equivalent in a Food Discipline

· Experience within a similar position in Manufacturing

· Strong communication and influencing skills

· Excellent ability to understand, read data and produce plans
